Hosting

We will not be providing hosting solutions nor are we responsible for the speed of the website due to a bad hosting provider / package. WooCommerce is much more resource intensive than a basic Wordpress website therefore we cannot recommend you go onto a Wordpress or Shared Hosting package. It is advised to go onto a Managed cPanel Hosting package where you have your own VM (CPU, ram, storage dedicated to your site) with a cPanel. These packages are pricey so if you are starting out and can live with the slower speed you can start out with Shared hosting and upgrade once established.

Broken plug-ins.

Plug-ins and Themes are maintained by the individual or company that created them. If no new version is available to correct issues that might arise, the plug-in will need to be disabled (which will cause some loss in functionality) and an alternative will need to be sourced if available.
