Terms & Conditions

For Websites: 3 Weeks will be allocated for your Webshop.
For Webshops: 6 Weeks will be allocated for your Webshop.
Failure to comply with swift feedback will result in being charged penalties.
If for whatever reason the project has been halted by you, the customer, deposit is non refundable as this will be used to recoop costs of plugins.
If you do decide on a later stage to go ahead with the site (There will be a maximum of 12month period) there will be additional costs involved (If the original files I worked on is still in tact and I deem it viable then the costs wont be that of a fresh new website

For Websites: You are allowed 2 revisions per pages or templates within the time frame of week 1 to week 3.
For Webshops: You are allowed 2 revisions per pages or templates within the time frame of week 2 to week 5.
Any revisions requests after this period or any revision request past the 2 will be charged for @ the standard per hour rate.

The Default pricing only Includes design work in the limitations of WooCommerce and Oxygen Builder.
Some elements cannot easily be altered and thus PPH and or JSS are required to fit it where you need it.
These code "snippets" are additional development and not part of the base offering,  but most of them are not too complex ,and thus can be a fraction of a billable hour. Some, however are extremely complex and can run into a dozen hours. 
You will be notified on any requests that fall into this scope and be given an estimate to implement them.
If however I have already previously created this code snippet, and no alterations are needed then I will include them for you at no costs.
Depending how many and the complexity of the above requested, your timeline might be extended upon.

Please note that the Timeline will differ depending on the development requested and will be communicated with you before the project starts.

Any development requests that are outside of the initial discussed spec of the website will only be handled after the website completion & sign off. This will be billed seperately.

You will receive a sheet that must be accurately filled in

What Font you would like to use (If unsure I will send a selection for you to choose from)
What Font colour you want to use (Normally this would be black  or white depending on the background.
What your company colours are especially primary and secondary colours ( You can select up to 3).
